License plate recognition unit: With the use of automatic identification software, the vehicle can be checked. When the “blacklist” vehicle appears, the system will immediately send an alarm signal. Network management unit: Through the dedicated software and use the remote communication network to control the front-end equipment, record inquiries, data exchange and "blacklist" data refresh. In the case of a broadband communication line such as optical fiber, the image capture unit can be transplanted to a remote monitoring center.
System functions:
1. Vehicle detection records: 24 hours a day to monitor and record the past each motor vehicle models, colors, licenses, and automatic license plate number recognition, database automatically refresh, cycle record.
2. Speed ​​detection function: The system can precisely detect the travel speed of the passing motor vehicles every day. When there is a speeding vehicle, the system will automatically alarm and record the photos together with the speed data into the illegal database.
3. Traffic Flow Detection and Statistics: Provide accurate hourly traffic statistics data for the traffic management department to provide a histogram-type traffic flow report.
4. Blacklist vehicle inspection: The system automatically recognizes the license plate of each vehicle's close-range photos, and quickly compares the recognition result with the blacklist license plate. If there is no difference, the system will immediately report an alarm and display the license plate number and blacklist license plate type.
5. Remote communication and management functions: In the case of remote communication lines, the computer in the monitoring center can control the front-end equipment, update the blacklist database at any time, and transmit the image data and traffic data in the front-end database. Back to the monitoring center.
